Confirmation of your booking
When you book this trip, we typically require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking.
Once you put down the deposit, we will be able to move forward with confirmations for hotels, transfers, and activities for your trip. The deposit is non-refundable.
Your final payment
The final payment is due two months prior to the start of your trip. For example, if your trip starts on June 6, the final payment is due by April 6. Your total trip costs will be shown on the booking confirmation. Please keep in mind that if you have not submitted payment by the due date, Italy Bespoke Tours has the right to cancel your booking.
Last-minute bookings
If your departure date is within two months, we require full payment at the time of booking, and all payments will be non-refundable.
