You'll learn how to make a delicious sauce with some fun homemade pasta by the end of this lesson using a terrific combination of regional products and toppings, such pecorino, pork, and eggs!
We'll show you how to master Roman pasta dishes, especially how to create fresh pasta from scratch, including tagliolini, gnocchi, ravioli, and fettuccini. These pasta varieties were perfected by our chef over a period of years in some of Rome's most renowned trattorias. He now wants to demonstrate to you how to make them at home using the greatest Roman recipes. |
