Share your dates, who’s travelling and what you love, through our short form, on WhatsApp or by phone. A dedicated planner reads it personally and may suggest a quick call to understand your style.

Receive your tailor-made proposal
We design a day-by-day itinerary around you: hand-picked hotels, private drivers and guides, experiences and a clear, all-in price. The proposal is free and without obligation.

Refine and confirm
We adjust everything until it feels exactly right. Once you confirm with a deposit, we book it all: hotels, transfers, guides, train tickets, tours and restaurant reservations.

Before you leave, you receive detailed travel documents. In Italy, our team is available 24/7 on Italian time, checks in with you along the way and handles any change, big or small.

Is the proposal really free?
Yes. Your tailor-made proposal is free and without obligation. You only pay once you decide to confirm your trip.
How far in advance should I plan?
Ideally four to nine months ahead, especially for May to September and popular places like Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast and Capri, where the best hotels book up early. We can also help with shorter notice.
How do payments work?
A deposit confirms your trip and secures your bookings, and the balance is due before you travel. The exact amounts and dates are always set out clearly in your proposal.
Can you plan just part of my trip?
Of course. We can organise a few days on Lake Como, private transfers, guided tours or a single special experience, as well as complete journeys across Italy.
How long can a trip be?
From a long weekend to several weeks. Many of our clients combine two or three destinations in ten to fourteen days.
What happens if something goes wrong during the trip?
Our team is available 24/7 on Italian time. Delayed train, lost luggage or a change of plans: we take care of it so you can keep enjoying your holiday.
Who are your guides and drivers?
Local professionals we know personally and have tested ourselves. We only recommend people we trust with our own clients.
